When are you open?
>We’re open Mon-Fri from 2-9pm, Saturday from 12-8pm, Sunday 12-7pm.

Do you buy or sell singles?
>No singles, this allows our shop to focus on offering great prices for sealed products and a wide assortment of accessories. We're also continuously growing our offering to include board games, table top models, gunpla, and other hobbies & collectibles.
Are pre-orders guaranteed?
>Typically yes, but exceptions may apply and we reserve the right to modify orders when there are supply issues. In the rare case of exceptionally limited or under allocated releases, we will fulfil orders on a first come first serve basis, and may retroactively limit items to 1 per customer.

Do you carry (enter TCG or hobby related product here)?
>We are actively growing out our catalog and may be able to get a wide range of products on request. Let us know you’re looking for, that’s the type of feedback we need to stock the right products for our community.
Do you host events?
>Yes! Please check out our events calendar here. We have weekly locals for most TCGs, as well as monthly/quarterly special events. We also host pre-releases for many TCGs, and can sell certain games 'early' (such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc). If you have a group interested in certain games or events, please reach out to us so we can build our store community to host the events you want.
Where do you ship?
>We ship across Canada, no international shipping at the moment.

When can I pick up?
>You will get an email that your order is ready, the pickup can be made anytime during our operating hours.
>Orders are usually ready the same day, in the worst case for the next day. If you need a rush pickup, just let us know!
