Return and Refund Policy

Top Shelf Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on trading card or sports card products including but not limited to: Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, Collector/Set/Draft/Play Boosters, Bundles, Tins, etc. 

Should you decide you do not want a regular (non-trading card game) product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up, we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. Note that original shipping costs do not qualify for a refund.

The product must be in original condition, unopened, undamaged, and must arrive to us in that same condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product looks opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Please reach out to us before shipping anything back. If applicable, we can help arrange shipping and deduct the associated costs from your return. Products ordered online can be returned in store as long as the return window has not passed.

 

Exceptions

Special orders for products not typically carried in store, or for large quantities of a product ordered in per request, will not qualify for return.

If an error is made on our part (Ie. wrong items shipped), we will take full responsibility and take care of the situation to ensure you are satisfied.

Once processed and/or billed, cancelled orders or products over $200 could incur a re-stocking fee of 3%, which will be deduced from your total refund.

 

HOLIDAY Return Policy

Purchases made in December, are eligible to have their return window extended to January 15th. Note that all other return policies apply (Ie. no TCG returns, must be in original condition, return shipping, etc.).

Purchases made prior to December 1st will not qualify. Returns after January 15th will not be accepted, unless they are within the regular return window of 14 days.
