WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OUR POLICIES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE
*The following policies apply to all organized events held in our store, including but not limited to learn-to-play, pre-release, Challenges, Cups, or other organized tournaments.
These policies are in place to ensure a high standard of experience for all players and hobbyist that sign up to a Top Shelf event.
EVENT MATERIALS & KITS
Event tickets cover your participation to the event, which includes all supplementary entry materials/kits/promos and prizing. You must participate in the entirety of the event to be eligible to receive all such related products. Showing up in expectation of receiving event materials and not participating in the event will not be allowed.
CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
Any cancelation requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance so that spots can be backfilled, in which case a refund will be processed.
No shows and failure to provide advance notice, will not be eligible for a refund, including forfeiting of any event materials/kits.
If the tournament is officially cancelled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund.
SPECIAL EVENTS & OFF-SITES
Such events may have their own additional disclaimer noted on the event page and checkout; this would override the standard cancelation policies. In most cases, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable regardless of notice. Your entry is considered a commitment to participate in the event, which we in turn use for planning including securing an appropriate venue based on ticket sales.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that the tournament is officially cancelled by the organizers.
REPEAT OFFENCES
If an individual commits 2 instances of last-minute cancelation, or no-call-no-show’s, we reserve the right to bump (with refund) said individual from any full events, to allow other guests a fair opportunity to participate in the event.
