For this version, Bandai Spirits collected used plastic model kit runners, which were chemically broken down and returned to raw materials for reuse in model kit production. Chemically recycled plastic accounts for 44% of the finished product by weight. This process allows used polystyrene materials to be transformed into high-quality recycled plastic suitable for new model kits.

The completed model stands approximately 125 mm tall and retains the same visual appearance as the standard RX-78F00/E Gundam (EX-001 G.L.R.S.S. Feather Unit). The difference lies in its material production, making this edition particularly interesting for Gunpla collectors interested in Bandai Spirits' evolving manufacturing processes.
